The company “HONEST FORWARDER TECHNOLOGY FZE” (‘we’, ’our’ or ‘us’; hereinafter) is registered in Dubai UAE and governed by Dubai and UAE law. “HONEST FORWARDER TECHNOLOGY FZE” maintains the www.honestforwarder.com Website ("Site"). We sell online products (“products” hereinafter) of overseas sellers (“seller”, hereinafter).

By using our Service, all of our users (“You”, ”you”, “Your”, “your” or “Cardholder”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Using Our Service


You agree to enter accurate and up to date information about yourself. Entry of false identification and information can result in immediate cancellation of your registration without a prior notice.

You are responsible for keeping your password private and secure and immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your user id, password and private information by someone else.

Those under 18 years of age are not permitted to register and make purchase at our site.

Credit and Debit cards of Visa and MasterCard are accepted for the payment. The UAE Dirham, the Omani Rial and the Bahraini Dinar are the currencies accepted for the payment at present. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.

We serve the UAE, Oman and Bahrain market at present. We do not trade or provide any services to OFAC or sanctioned countries.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse your order. We reserve the right to do so for any reason and at any point of time. The reasons can vary such as, and are not limited to, stock unavailability, price mismatch, insufficient delivery information, and etc. In such a case of order cancellation or refusal, you will follow our instruction, if applicable, for refund.

Privacy and Security Policy


We are determined to protect our users’ private information stored at our Site.

We do not store, sell or share your credit/debit card’ details.All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

In our effort to innovate and personalize the shopping experience and create new values, we write, buy or hire third party programmers to write computer programs that use and analyze your personal data stored at our Site. We will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties directly.We will take appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which we link. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. We use cookies, a technique to store your personal info and visit history in your browser, in our computer programs for various purposes such as storing goods in your shopping cart, check-out, your visit history to the Site and direct marketing. Delivery Policy


On placing an order, you will receive the email order confirmation with the order ID, time estimate of the delivery completion, contact info for delivery support and link to track the status of the order.

Once the goods arrive in UAE, the courier company will call you to arrange the delivery and set the delivery time.  

For our mission of the world’s cool products at their home price, we forward all our goods directly from overseas Sellers. It is therefore the international air freight shipping through which your goods are delivered to you. In addition, we promote and adopt the logistics method of having the shipping expenses shared across other users’ ordered goods. These efforts in logistics lead to a considerable customer saving, but also 6 to 9 days of delivery time for UAE and 8 to 11 days of delivery time for Oman and Bahrain.  

Our shipping cost varies, depending on the weight and size of your ordered goods. While the ordered goods can be delivered throughout UAE and Oman there will be extra shipping charge for the delivery to remote areas such as Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah for UAE and Samreith and Thumrait for Oman.

For the deliveries to Oman and Bahrain, the customers are requested to pay VAT and customs duty (import duty) at the time of delivery. Therefore, our product price and shipping cost do not include VAT and customs duty.

Cash on Delivery (COD)


Cash on Delivery (COD) is an alternative payment method of Honest Forwarder for the customers unable to pay by credit card.

COD can apply to the orders of delivery to the major cities in UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

  1. Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
  2. Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
  3. While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
  4. The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Credit Card & Debit Card


Honest Forwarder uses the payment gateway service of Telr, the company with the track record and presence in UAE, to offer you a safe and secure way of paying through your MasterCard or Visa cards.

For the UAE orders, your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Thus, there is no transaction fee for foreign exchange or markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.

For the Oman and Bahrain orders, your transaction will be settled in the local currency of OMR and BHD respectively. Therefore, your bank will not charge any fee for the foreign currency conversion.

How Credit Card/Debit Card works?

  1. Choose Credit Card/Debit Card as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
  2. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED, OMR and BHD will be accepted for payment.
  3. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
  4. Press Proceed to Pay at the checkout page and enter your credit card information in the next page of Telr our Credit card payment gateway partner. Honest Forwarder never stores your credit card information.
  5. While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
  6. Any issue on processing your order, kindly report to us immediately on support@honestforwarder.com or through Contact Us.
Your Product Return and Cancellation

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of shipping a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

"United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile" and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
